Traveler’s Guide

1. Our Check-In time is 15:00, Check-Out time is 11:00. Late Check-Out fees will be charged on travelers who check out over the time.
2. Please check in according to the room type and the number of people that you booked. If you need to join more people, it will be charged NT$800 per person.
3. According to the ” TOBACCO HAZARDS PREVENTION ACT “, smoking is completely prohibited in the hotel, and chewing betel nut is also prohibited. If there is a violation and verified, a cleaning fee of NT$5,000 will be charged.
4. In order to maintain the quality of the accommodation and environmental sanitation, pets are not allowed in the hotel (except guide dogs).
5. To ensure safety, please avoid using high-voltage items in the room at the same time (such as: water boiler, curling iron, hair dryers…); any cooking behavior and lighting candles are prohibited in the room. Please use appliances of room carefully, if it is damaged or lost, you must compensate according to original price.
6. In order to maintain a quiet accommodation environment, please lower your volume and steps after the night, thank you for your cooperation.
7. Save energy and love the earth with us. When you go out, please turn off the power of the appliance.
8. We strictly prohibit gambling, drug abuse, carry illegal and dangerous items in the hotel, if found we will report to the police immediately. If you are suffering from infectious diseases, please inform the hotel staff in advance, we are sorry for the inconvenience.
9. If you have questions about operation of the air-conditioning and the TV remote control, please dial 9 to the counter, and the counter staff will help you.
10. The number of parking spaces is limited, please contact us in advance to reserve it. Parking fee is NT$200 per day.

Hotel Reservation

1. The traveler that books on our reservation system of this website will be required to agree to pay the total amount of the room reservation, ensure the right of retain the room and the price on the online reservation.
2. If you pay by remittance or ATM transfer, our staffs will send you an email about booking confirmation and remittance information when you complete booking procedures, please complete the remittance within the agreed date to ensure your reservation.
3. The amount of payment is immediately deducted from the account of your credit card used for online booking.
4. For the security of credit card information, your personal details provided for online booking should be in accordance with the one provided at check-in to secure your rights. The ID documents of the same person(s) are required for verification and registration when check in our hotel.
5. Once you have booked your room online, if you need to change the date of your arrival, please contact us to change the booking. This website doesn’t accept booking change online.
6. If you would like to cancel a reservation after completing all booking procedures online, please contact us to cancel the reservation. There will be fees of administrative cost for the cancellation of your online-booking.
7. Room rates listed on the official booking website are inclusive of room price, business tax, and service charge.
8. Our Check-In time is 15:00, Check-Out time is 11:00.
9. In the cases of natural disasters, such as typhoons, earthquakes or other irresistible factors, the judgments on the requests of postponement or cancellation are based on the government’s announcement for traffic and weather conditions. Please contact us within three days of expected arrival date.
10. Weekdays, holidays and peak days are defined by hotel.

Payment specifications

1. The price announced at the website might vary according to the differences of each project. The price you see at the website is the fixed price of the room. Only the price shown at the phase of payment confirmed in the online room booking system is the actual price.
2. For the security of credit card information, your personal details provided for online booking should be in accordance with the one provided at check-in to secure your rights. The ID documents of the same person(s) are required for verification and registration when check in our hotel.
3. The traveler that books on our reservation system of this website will be required to agree to pay the total amount of the room reservation. The amount of payment is immediately deducted from the account of your credit card used for online booking.
4. If you have any questions about the price, please call us before booking. Cancellation fees for online orders must be borne by the person who made the booking.
5. And the cancellation fee will be charged at the rate prescribed by law

The hotel online reservation deposit is collected in accordance with “Standard Contract” issued by the Bureau of Tourism, we will charge “30% of the total price of the reservation” as a deposit. If you cancel your online-booking, we will charge the cancellation fee according to provision:

• 100% of the deposit will be deducted for cancellation on the check-in date.
• 80% of the deposit will be deducted for cancellation in 1 day before the check-in date.
• 70% of the deposit will be deducted for cancellation in 2-3 days before the check-in date.
• 60% of the deposit will be deducted for cancellation in 4-6 days before the check-in date.
• 50% of the deposit will be deducted for cancellation in 7-9 days before the check-in date.
• 30% of the deposit will be deducted for cancellation in 10-13 days before the check-in date.
• l   0% of the deposit will be deducted for cancellation in 14 days (including 14 days) before the check-in date.
